What is the Asgardian?

Asgardian is Phase 1 of the Ben Mudge Fitness plans. It is an online plan which is designed to help you look, move and feel better. This plan is designed to be done in the gym using weights and machines. You will be given the tools and advice to make the most of your 12 weeks and sets you up perfectly for Phase 2! Asgardian Workouts:

  • Phase 1 Full body
  • Phase 2 Upper / Lower
  • Phase 3 Push / Pull / Legs

Each of these phases last for 4 weeks

Commitment:

  • Training 4-5 times per week
  • Eating according to your goals
  • Use the Calorie calculator to work out your requirements
  • Take progress photos and measurements
  • Use the Hashtag #AsgardianBMF to connect with other members and show your support
  • Payments are for a minimum of 12 weeks
