I started off with Ben doing the 8 week overhaul plan and during those 8 weeks I knew I had to get into the lifestyle membership.

In the short space of time I have spent under Bens guidance I have lost unwanted weight and having a structured approach to my training has really improved my strength.

Previously I thought I needed to be really strict about my eating and training to get anywhere and this was only restricting me. I always failed at sticking to it.

Bens friendly approach makes things easy to understand easy to stick to and most of all enjoyable. I can always rely on him for a helping hand if I’m struggling with understanding something and would recommend him to anyone looking to change their life for the better!
