I started off with Ben doing the 8 week overhaul plan and during those 8 weeks I knew I had to get into the lifestyle membership.

In the short space of time I have spent under Bens guidance I have lost unwanted weight and having a structured approach to my training has really improved my strength.

Previously I thought I needed to be really strict about my eating and training to get anywhere and this was only restricting me. I always failed at sticking to it.

Bens friendly approach makes things easy to understand easy to stick to and most of all enjoyable. I can always rely on him for a helping hand if I’m struggling with understanding something and would recommend him to anyone looking to change their life for the better! My name is Paul I am small , short & a very fussy eater. After decades of training but not getting very far, I asked Ben for help. He expertly analysed and reconstructed my gym technique. Ben gave me a meal plan that suited my special diet. Currently thanks to Ben's professional easygoing guidance & mentorship, in under a year, I have lost 1/2 a stone of unwanted weight and am at the strongest I have ever been. As Ben always says "the strong gets tested.."

Training with Ben has completely changed my life on so many levels. Physically and mentally. Ben has encouraged me and given me the push I needed to get into gym. This has not only made me feel more confident and happier with how I look but he has also helped me de-stress and deal with issues in my personal life.

My health has improved, with the results from my yearly asthma check up being the best they have been in nearly 7 years.

This has all been done without me having to go on any really restrictive diets and I have still been able to enjoy most of the foods I love which is huge bonus and makes it so much easier.

Biggest thing is Ben made this all enjoyable!

Being on Bens lifestyle plan has taught me so many things. When it comes to training, more hours spent in the gym doesn't always mean more results. The simplest of training methods can produce the biggest results! For me I don't have a couple hours to spend in the gym each day, sometimes only 35/40mins before work in the morning. Ben designed me a plan that is simple and only takes that short amount of time to work through but is getting me the best results Ive ever had. Short rest periods and low volume meaning you put every ounce of effort into each rep of each set has done wonders for my physique and mind too. Ive never been so focused, that mind muscle connection really works like this. 

 Nutrition wise, again, simple and effective. He teaches us to track our own food and learn what nutritional values each food has determining what food is going to get us the best results. This is far better and a much more flexible way to do things than just getting given a set meal plan to follow.

Ive paid for and tried many plans over the years, I haven't enjoyed them and there for stopped doing them as I wasn't getting the results I desired due to not enjoying the process. I thought to get lean like I wanted there must be a magical macro split calculation you must find or it would never happen and thought I would never figure out what it is, but Ben has taught me there isn't a magic number, and to just aim for a daily calorie goal and just make sure I hit a protein goal. This has resulted in me getting the leanest Ive ever been! Also with the training theres no magic routine, just finding what works best for you and your lifestyle, and this in turn means you will enjoy it and get the results you desire!

What I have learnt from working with Ben over the last year is importance of understanding  nutrition and what works for me, and how I can eat what I like once I track my calories and ensure my macro targets  are reached daily chiefly the protein levels . I can still enjoy my pizza, pasta etc and it all fits in. I'm certainly not on chicken and broccoli daily anymore.

Training wise I've discovered that I've certainly pushed boundaries of what I'm physically doing in the gym. I in the past looked at others doing deadlifts, rackpulls etc and thought I'd never be able for that, but I am now and my strength, body composition and understanding of training is at a whole new level.

I've learnt in this short period of time lessons that will help me throughout my years ahead.

I'm now, in the fittest shaw I've ever been, I've done my second marathon knocking 90 mins off my previous time and my body shape is something I never thought I would see. Each time I see slight change and gain it drives me forward to push myself more. It's also because of this I've better body confidence and confidence in myself which for those that know me may not be aware of low self confidence in the past. 

The support I've got from Ben has been fantastic, always willing to answer my questions and encourage me to take steps forward adjusting my training and programming to get the most out of each training cycle. It's all very much tailored to my needs and looking forward to long future working together on this fitness journey that I'm on.
